Notes on installation:

Always compare the dimensions of the new Bushing with the old one before pressing out the old Bushing!

Measure the offset / position of the old Bushing.

Before installation, check that the area you are going to press into the bushing is undamaged and has no ridges or burrs.
If necessary, carefully rework this area to ensure proper seating of the bushing.

Use an adhesive such as Loctite to glue the bushing in place to prevent loosening!

After pressing in, check the bearing play.
Too little Bushing play leads to seizure and damage to the plain Bushing and the Bushing surface!
If necessary, rework carefully.

Always use a suitable press to press in the Bushing and make sure the Bushings are pressed at right angles.
Under no circumstances should you hammer or knock in Bushings, as this will deform the edge of the plain Bushing and there will no longer be sufficient endplay!

Always use a suitable assembly paste such as LUBEGARD assembly paste blue or LUBEGARD assembly paste green.
