Packaging disposal waste oil acceptance

The goods are handed over at the warehouse by agreement.
If the goods are to be dispatched, this is done on behalf of and on the account of the buyer.
When the goods are handed over to a shipping company, the seller's service is deemed to have been provided.
It is possible to receive the used oil in the max.quantity like the one purchased here at the warehouse.
The return of used sales, outer and transport packaging in accordance with § 8 of the Packaging Ordinance is also possible at the place of performance.
The buyer undertakes to ensure that the used oil and the empty containers are disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Any return of the used oil is only possible as "dangerous goods"; the goods must be marked as such.
The return must be sent carriage paid to: Sender address on the invoice or delivery note!
